Terms and Condition

I understand if I do not sign in and customize my allocation ahead before the release, we will select the allocation and charge my CC up to 2 weeks prior to each release.

I agree to pay for and pick up or have delivered a minimum of two wine releases beyond the initial purchase from the date of signing up for the Wine Club. If I cancel prior to fulfilling the two releases, I agree to a one-time $50.00 cancellation fee.

We will hold your order in the tasting room for up to 30 days. If not picked up after 30 days, we will charge your card on file and weather permitting will ship to the address provided. There are no refunds due to incorrect / undeliverable addresses.
