Grilled Flatbread and Lemon Caesar Salad

Flatbread:
INGREDIENTS
Instructions:
- Halve the dough and roll on a floured surface, as thin as you wish.
- Add your pizza sauce
- Add your shredded cheese
- Top with your favorite toppings (depending on what you are wanting to make, the skies the limit)
- Cook at 375 for 8-12 minutes (we cooked on the Trager but you can use a grill or the oven)
Lemon Caesar Salad:
INGREDIENTS
Instructions:
- Mix the garlic and lemon juice and let it rest 10 minutes
- Add tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 egg yokes
- 1 tsp .anchovy paste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Mix well with fork
- Add in chopped Romaine lettuce
- Top with croutons, Parmesan cheese and pepper
