E. Pruitt is an award-winning professional bassist, soloist, composer, and clinician based in the Seattle area. Originally from Kansas City, he is known for his mastery of custom 6- and 7-string basses and his blend of contemporary jazz, funk, R&B, and neo-soul.

A winner of the 2018 Seattle Sound Music Awards and a graduate of the Charlie Parker School for the Performing Arts, E. Pruitt has shared the stage with notable artists including

B.B. King, The Scorpions, Gerald Albright, Sir Mix-a-Lot, and Paul Stanley.

His recent work includes the album Bass Graffiti, featuring tracks such as “Steamy Nights” and the single “Echoes.”
